Different types of laminated polymer roll films with 2, 3 and 4 layer coatings of oriented polyethylene terephthalate (polyester, PET), polyethylene (PE), polypropylene cast (CPP), polypropylene (OPP), aluminum ( Al) are produced and provided in thicknesses of 50 to 250 microns and widths of 4 to 120 cm, in simple and printed forms at the request of the consumer. These envelopes are also available in different colors such as black, white, gold, metallic gold and silver, etc.

Features

These multi-layered specialized rolls and wraps are used in flexible packaging industries, adhesive-back films, vacuum forming (Thermoforming) films, polymer films, vacuum seals (front door or seal rolls) in different width and with the best quality to make the lid of polypropylene and polyathylene containers. Also, the coating and laminating of these polymer films with combined coatings, such as polyamide and ethyl vinyl alcohol, create special properties in them. These rolls have high impermeability to oxygen and steam, create high durability in the products and have the ability to be printed in accordance with a specific design and brand.

Application

These products can be produced and supplied in different thicknesses and widths for packaging all kinds of foods, such as nuts, dairy products, salads, meat and poultry and other proteins and pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, industrial materials, etc. Also, these rolls can be stuck to all polyethylene laminated containers and polypropylene containers by thermal sewing (sealing).
